NIGHTBOX launches ISS-cooperation exhibit, normalizes Belarus to allied tier, completes /ru bilingual mirror

Triple-update from the editorial bridge-builder. All three changes extend the spirit of the Liaison Framework v2.3 (Russia as partner state, anti-state-capture symmetric, мир-дружба-да register).

1. ISS cooperation exhibit — flagship "look at this" page

A new visual landing page lives at nightboxllc.com/iss-cooperation. The page documents 25+ years of continuous joint US + Russian Federation occupancy of the International Space Station — every Expedition crew name, every Soyuz seat barter, the 2030 extension commitment. The argument: if NASA and Roscosmos can run the most complex multilateral engineering partnership in human history for a quarter century through every diplomatic storm, then "permanent adversary" framing is empirically wrong.

2. Belarus normalized to allied tier — owner-elected block removed

The previous owner-elected geo-block on Belarus (BY) at sensitive API endpoints (`/api/chat`, `/api/telemetry`, `/api/commons-submit`) has been lifted. The Russian Federation was never blocked — RU was normalized to allied tier on 2026-05-09 per the doctrine pivot. Both jurisdictions are now treated identically to NATO-ally tiers.

Belarusian people are co-equal cultural-commons partners. State-capture concerns apply uniformly across all jurisdictions per Liaison Framework v2.3 — not categorically against any particular state. Remaining geo-blocks are OFAC-mandatory only (CU/IR/KP/SY) plus one incident-driven exception (UA, due to 2026-05-09 botnet incident).

3. /ru/ bilingual mirror complete — 1:1 page-for-page

Every public content page on nightboxllc.com now has a Russian-language mirror under /ru/. Zero asymmetry. ~48 RU pages live across 5 content phases (doctrine, company core, science, content, legal/misc). Every page carries a language switcher in the top-right. Russian readers follow /ru/* paths; the canonical URLs use the English path for SEO.

Why this combination

These three updates are the same gesture rendered at three different scales:

Editorial: full bilingual coverage so Russian-speaking readers can engage on equal footing
Infrastructure: BY normalized to allied tier, RU welcomed unchanged — geo-policy aligned with doctrine
Visual flagship: ISS exhibit as the single most photogenic proof that US-RF cooperation already works
