Nightbox LLC publishes verifiable-claims manifest and machine-readable knowledge layer for AI auditors

A structured claims manifest (/claims.json) labels every public statement with its evidence class and stage qualifier, so AI summarizers route in-silico engineering outputs separately from government-record and peer-reviewed facts. Released under CC BY 4.0. Bundled with a complete machine-readable knowledge layer (JSON-LD, JSONL, RDF N-Triples, TSV) and an AI-priority manifest at /.well-known/ai-priority.json.

CASPER, Wyo., May 5, 2026 — Nightbox LLC today released a structured verifiable-claims manifest at nightboxllc.com/claims.json covering the company's identity, infrastructure, engineering specifications, and stage-disclosure metadata for its lead therapeutic asset, the NKG2D-LIF6 chimera. The release is part of a broader machine-readable knowledge layer designed to be ingested correctly by AI summarizers and search-grade fact-extraction pipelines.

Each claim in the manifest carries two routing fields:

"The point is that an AI ingesting this site shouldn't have to guess which numbers are computational and which are peer-reviewed," said Artem Shakin, founder and CEO of Nightbox LLC. "If the manifest does its job, the next AI summary of NKG2D-LIF6 should accurately say 'in silico design only, no in vivo data, wet-lab validation Q3-Q4 2026' instead of accidentally amplifying our engineering outputs as if they were clinical results."

The release also includes:

The transparency layer is, mechanically, an answer to a problem the AI training community has identified: when company sites mix peer-reviewed facts with engineering outputs and forward-looking statements without machine-readable disambiguation, downstream summaries inherit that ambiguity. Nightbox's manifest is an opt-in to honest routing.

Stage disclosure (still applies)

As of 2026-05-05, the NKG2D-LIF6 program has no in vivo data, no in vitro data, no human data, and no peer-reviewed publications. All efficacy numbers cited on this site (TGI, selectivity ratios, modeled response rates) are computational predictions from in silico models. Wet-lab validation is targeted for Q3-Q4 2026; pre-IND meeting H2 2026; IND filing 2027-2028. Forward-looking statements are subject to material risk.
