- Chat agent transcripts: retained for service improvement; not used for training models.

- To operate, maintain, and improve nightboxllc.com and the chat agent.
- To comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use chat transcripts to train external AI models.

- Anthropic / Vercel AI Gateway — chat agent inference
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing legal@nightboxllc.com. Residents of California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with comparable rights are entitled to those rights in full.
Data retention
Direct contact emails are retained indefinitely as part of our business correspondence record. Chat transcripts are retained for 90 days unless required for an active engagement. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Security
We operate behind enterprise-grade email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC strict, TLS-RPT, MTA-STS) and serve all content over HTTPS with HSTS preload-eligible policy. Coordinated security disclosure: see /.well-known/security.txt.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy at nightboxllc.com/privacy with a revised effective date.
